We offer a full schedule of classes based on three class types, STRONG, BEAT and HYBRID. We target fitness from all angles, strength, cardiovascular health, speed and power with an underlying focus on longevity and injury prevention at all times. Train harder and smarter!
Bring your best energy! At Rise we believe in value. We offer all attendees free parking, drinking water (we suggest you bring a re-usable water bottle) towels to train and shower free of charge. You will also have access to our lockers, showers and chill-out facilities. To ensure your safety and the comfort of all attendees, we require that adequate footwear and clothing are used at all times whilst training.
Yes, 2-hours of free parking is available for all drop-ins and members. Kindly enter from parking entrance on Triq Il Ferrovija L-Qadima and take the lift to Level 2.
Yes, all attendees have access to our shower and locker facilities (kindly bring a padlock for your locker)
All memberships with a time commitment can be frozen for up to one month. This one month freeze can be used all at once or in batches of as little as one week. If you would like to freeze your membership please contact us on train@rise-fitness.local
We release class availabilities one week in advance and classes can be booked via our app.
Classes can be cancelled up to 12 hours in advance. Class packs cancelled in less than 12 hours will incur a loss of class whilst unlimited members will be charged a fee of €5.
