Get stronger together with the benefits of one-on-one personal training in a class setting. We simplify strength training by focusing on progressive overload, avoiding the complexity of Olympic weightlifting and gymnastics. Our approach ensures you become stronger, feel better, and move well for the long term.

Classes run on 8-week cycles, starting with compound lifts (such as squats, bench presses, hinges, or carries), followed by accessory exercises and injury prevention work. Each cycle begins and ends with testing sessions to establish starting weights and track your progress over time.

BEAT

Meet BEAT, our 45-minute conditioning and aerobic capacity class designed to boost your endurance and keep you moving! Centered around Concept 2 cardio equipment and bodyweight exercises, BEAT delivers a short, sharp and challenging workout that’s worth the effort.

Classes are structured in 6-week blocks, each focusing on different equipment, allowing you to track your progress and improve steadily.

Whether you want to excel in your sport or simply improve everyday fitness—lasting longer on the Padel court, performing better in your next 5-a-side match, or tackling stairs without losing your breath—BEAT is the session for you!

HYBRID

Looking to get stronger and fitter in a dynamic, supportive environment? HYBRID is your answer! This program blends strength training and conditioning in coach-led group sessions, pushing you to your limits and helping you achieve peak performance.

HYBRID features a mix of kettlebell exercises, bodyweight movements, running, and machine work to boost both strength and fitness. Our programming runs on 4-week cycles, with a new benchmark movement each cycle to keep you progressing.

Designed to build endurance, strength and race-day resilience for individuals from all levels of fitness.

We prioritise form and technique over everything else, ensuring that you get a great work-out in whilst learning the fundamentals of correct movement.

Built to enhance performance and quality of movement with unilateral strength input, plyometrics and injury prevention work, this session is detail-oriented and unique!
